The C and G string has a distinctively warm, round sound and big volume with a quick response and the D and A strings a soft, lively and rich sound. The Rope core, made of carbon steel, offers pitch stability. Flexocor cello strings are ideal for both arco and pizzicato passages. The individual strings in the set are also available as singles:

  • C string: Violet on the peg end and yellow-orange with a ruby winding on the tailpiece end 
  • G string: Brown on the peg end and yellow-orange with a ruby winding on the tailpiece end
  • D string: Red on the peg end and yellow-orange with a ruby winding on the tailpiece end
  • A string: Black on the peg end and yellow-orange with a ruby winding on the tailpiece end
