Pirastro Oliv Violin string set

Description

The Pirastro Oliv Violin string set is often referred to as The Soloist String. The G, D and A strings are finely wound and polished with a sheep gut core, producing a lovely full and warm, brilliant tone. The E string is gold plated on a chrome steel. There is a choice of either a Loop or ball end E. The G and D come standard with a knotted end and the A string with a ball end.

Tailpiece end is Olive Green with a white spiral:

• G string: Tailpiece end is a knot and the peg end is Brown. 
• D string: Tailpiece end is a knot and the peg end is Red 
• A string: Tailpiece end is a ball end and the peg end is Black. 
• E string: Tailpiece end is a loop or ball end and the peg end is dark green.
