Description
Pirastro Goldflex Rosin is a slightly harder rosin mixed with gold dust. The gold particles help reduce the level of dust making this a very clean playing rosin. The extra grip also produces a smooth, strong tone. Goldflex rosin is recommended for violinists that use steel violin strings but can also be quite successfully used by viola and cello players.
Rosin impacts the bowing technique and the sound colour of an instrument immensely and it is important that a rosin is carefully chosen.
