The pegs are made of a hi-tech composite material but look and are fitted just like a traditional viola peg. The peg does not move in the peg box so wear is massively reduced whilst the tuning is made incredibly easy with precision gearing within the peg.

The pegs, being composite, are naturally not susceptible to climate change.
